Flo is based in Dubai and brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of real estate strategy, placemaking and consumer-led destination development.
Flo has advised leading landlords, developers, operators and investors across the Middle East and Europe, with a particular focus on how F&B, retail and cultural programming shape commercially successful places. Notably, she guided the development of Alserkal Avenue, now recognised as Dubai’s leading contemporary arts district.
In her previous role as Head of Innovation at JLL Foodservice Consulting, she co-authored Destination Food for Klépierre — a manifesto exploring how food and experience can transform retail destinations across a portfolio of 70 European shopping centres — and worked on asset mix planning and F&B visioning for a range of UK and European developments.
Her broader client experience reflects her passion for F&B, working with brands and investors including Burger King, Pret A Manger, Ottolenghi, Hawksmoor, GAIL'S Bakery, TriSpan, Bridgepoint and Graphite Capital.
Flo brings a combination of strategic rigour, analytical depth and creative placemaking insight, with expertise spanning destination strategy, tenant mix, consumer behaviour, cultural districts and commercial modelling.
