As Geolytix’s Director of Real Estate, Patrick brings 15 years of experience to the team. He leads the firm’s work advising real estate developers, investors and asset managers, with a focus on land use optimisation and retail strategy.

Underpinned by Geolytix’s cutting-edge data science capability, Patrick develops creative real estate solutions using financial modelling, strategic visioning and stakeholder leadership. A thought-leader in the sector, he focuses on maximising the value of assets for clients while developing new experiences for diverse audiences.

Having worked with a range of clients across the world, he has experience in most markets, including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and the Americas.

Patrick previously led the Real Estate Strategy team at Benoy/Pragma, in addition to time spent at CBRE and Harper Dennis Hobbs (now Newmark), and as Operations Director for Pott Candles, a high-growth retail brand.
